It's the 29th year for Ritzy's Fantasy of Lights - the beloved holiday tradition that raises therapy funds for the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center!
We are providing 6 volunteers to collect entry fees, pass out fliers, and help direct cars. You should arrive no later than 4:30 pm. Your volunteers should park in the Bosse Field parking lot near the trailer across from the ticket booth. A representative from Easterseals, will quickly train all volunteers on site upon your 4:30 pm arrival.
Duties for volunteers are as follows:
2 ADULTS are in ticket booth

1 volunteer makes change and 1 records vehicles on form provided.

Throughout night, these volunteers sort bills by denominations and turn them in same direction.Please make sure volunteers lock the door from inside while working.
4 People are outside booth (or take turns outside the ticket booth always keeping two outside the booth)

1 volunteer collects money directly in front of the ticket booth.

For all vehicles, ask how many people are in vehicle so correct fee is charged. Assign the most outgoing volunteer (most comfortable asking for donations) to this position!

**ONLY take money at the ticket booth. PLEASE Do Not walk the row of cars to collect admission fees for safety reasons and to ensure a proper car count.**
