Evansville Christian Life Center is looking for volunteers for their golf scramble.
When: July, 10th
Where: Rolling Hills Country Club
The following are different volunteer positions available:
Setup crew
Duration: 8:30 am - 10:30 am (2 hours)
Role: Set up tents, signage, and registration tables; ice down drinks in coolers; load material up for the day.
# of Volunteers needed: 8
Fundraiser Crew
Duration: 10:30 am - 3:30/4pm (the ending time depends when the golf scramble is finished)
Role: There are four stations throughout the course that will either have treats to hand out as a thank you or a fundraising game.
# of Volunteers Needed: 15
Take Down Crew
Duration: 3:30/4pm (when the golf scramble is over)
Role: Assist with taking down tents, tables, etc.
# of Volunteers Needed: 6
This volunteer opportunity is worth 2x the volunteer hours.
